Andrea Potter is a Chef and Holistic Nutritionist. She supports health-motivated cooks to make informed choices that start with vibrant, delicious, practical recipes and culinary techniques. Through her business, , she offers cooking classes and nutrition talks. Andrea is also an instructor at ºÚÁÏÉç Vancouver, teaching the Holistic Culinary Cooking Classes, as well as Herbs Corequesite.
Andrea has a particular interest in the gut microbiome and fermented foods and in 2018, her first book, was published.
