She runs a virtual coaching practice helping people turn their dreams to reality one strategic step at a time, and guides new holistic nutrition professionals to take their business to the next level.Â

I came to ºÚÁÏÉç wanting to know more about the truth of health and wellness, and I wanted to learn how food played a pivotal role in our mood, and energy levels.
